In response to the floods in Johor particularly in Kluang, Kota Tinggi and Pontian, the Malaysian AEON Foundation (MAF) activated its AEON Bantu disaster relief program to support affected families.

A total of 161 homecare boxes containing food, personal hygiene items and blankets were distributed with the help of the Kluang District Office and Malaysia Civil Defence Forces, under the guidance of Kapten (PA) Mohd Hairol Isahak. These boxes were delivered to temporary relief centers at SJKT Jalan Haji Manan, SJKC Kahang and Dewan Serbaguna Kahang.

This initiative was led by MAF Committee Member and AEON Credit Chief Risk Officer, Faizul Hamzah, along with volunteers from the Malaysia Civil Defence Forces and the CSR and Government Relations Department.
