AEON Credit volunteers, in collaboration with Kuantan City Council, Pahang State Forestry Department, Government Agencies, Universities and members of the local community successfully planted 1,000 mangrove saplings in Cherating, Pahang. This initiative forms part of AEON Credit’s ongoing efforts to support environmental conservation and strengthen coastal resilience.
We were honoured by the presence of Dato’ Shuhaimi Bin Sulong from Kuantan City Council and Hasmamaizan Binti Abdul Rahman, Regional Manager of the Eastern Regional Office, whose participation, together with all programme partners, contributed greatly to the success of this activity.
This marks beginning of our new annual planting cycle, reflecting our continued commitment to environmental sustainability, ESG principles, and responsible stewardship of natural ecosystems.
Mangrove restoration protects coastlines, supports marine life, and strengthens climate resilience. AEON Credit remains committed to creating long‑term environmental and community impact. Together, we are committed in nurturing a greener, more sustainable future.
