As part of our Coastline Preservation Programme under the 3-Year Sustainability Roadmap. AEON Credit has successfully completed its Annual Coastal Clean-up 2025. Guided by our sustainability tagline #RootForLife, this initiative reflects our enduring commitment to environmental stewardship and community engagement.

Clean-up efforts spanned five coastal locations: Pulau Perhentian, Terengganu; Pantai Redang, Selangor; Pantai Kampung Santubong, Sarawak; Pantai Teluk Senangin, Perak and Tanjung Balau, Johor. These activities were made possible through collaborations with Black Eye Scuba Team (BEST), Yayasan Sukarelawan Siswa (YSS), Malaysia Biotechnology Student Association (MYBIOSA), Pristine Viers from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), and the support of local communities and AEON Credit volunteers.

Together, we removed over 1.2 tonnes of waste, including 585kg of recyclable materials and 11.345 cigarette butts. Since 2018, our clean-up efforts have collectively cleared more than 19.8 tonnes of waste from Malaysia’s coastlines.
