In conjunction with the International Volunteer Project – Dive Against Debris, Environmental Education and Beach Cleanup 2025, AEON Credit Service organized the “AEON Credit Young Financial Savvy Programme” an early-stage financial literacy programme with 41 students from SK Pulau Perhentian, Terengganu.
Volunteers from the Eastern Regional Office (ERO) joined the students to guide them, making the event more special. The programme was also supported by the Black Eye Scuba Team, teachers, parents from SK Pulau Perhentian, the Terengganu State Education Department, and the Besut District Education Office.
The students were excited to learn through interactive sessions that emphasized practical financial skills. They learned how to make smart choices, understand the importance of saving, and differentiate between needs and wants. The coin banks they received will help them practice these skills at home.
This initiative shows AEON Credit’s commitment to teaching financial literacy from a young age, ensuring that next generation is well-equipped to manage their finances wisely.
