AEON Credit Management Trainee programme was introduced in 2019 to attract high potential individuals and set them on a path to become future leaders. This programme gives young talent the opportunity to explore a wide breadth of fields, expertise and knowledge throughout the rotational in multiple departments at AEON Credit. The programme is a fast-track career and accelerated training & development program to build young talent career as Supervisor level or higher only in 18 months.
