AEON Credit People Outreach – Employee Volunteering Programme

Every AEON Credit employee are required to participate and conduct CSR activities based on the Group CSR pillar to ensure a positive outreach to surrounding stakeholders. Among activities conducted are visitation to orphanages, old folks home, gotong-royong session, support fund-raising activities by NGO and clean-up during natural disaster. The Group encourage this volunteer programme to instill positive and responsible values among employees.

Supporting Road Safety Awareness Programmes

Every year, the Group collaborates with Road Safety Department, Motorcycle Manufacturers and Malaysia Motorcycle and Scooters Dealer Association to organize Road Safety Campaign during festive seasons in our bid to reduce motorcyclist fatalities on the road. Through contribution of SIRIM-certified children motorcycle helmets, the Group aims to ensure that children safety while riding pillion is protected.

Financial Assistance to Targeted Customers during Natural Disaster

During natural disaster and Movement Control Order (MCO), customers who are facing issues in repayment financing will be assisted. Affected customers will need to submit their request using Customer Service channels or visit at the nearest branch to enable the Group evaluate and provide necessary assistance. This initiative was introduced during the massive flood incident in Kelantan, 2014.
